This Double IPA is a combination of experiments in one beer. First, we chose to use Helio Gazer Yeast with an enormous mash hop and whirlpool addition. At the end of fermentation, we did a primary dry hop of Citra and Nelson for multiple days before a secondary dry hopping of Nelson, Simcoe and Hallertau Blanc. We then finished the beer with a Natural Hop Oil to amplify the white grape characteristics of Hallertau Blanc. The result? A beautiful haze that hits your nose and tongue with white grapes and finishes with green dankness from the combination of Nelson, Simcoe and Helio Gazer Yeast. | NEDIPA ABV 8.7%
Melted Monster
We are very excited to introduce our newest collab with our awesome friends Halfsies Cookie Co.! This newest Melted Gelato was made with ridiculous amounts of blue cookie dough soft serve mix, birthday cake soft serve, and loads of blueberries. It first smells and flavors feature unbaked cookie dough and sweet birthday cake followed by rich blueberries. It ours a dark blue with cookie-monster-colored specs. Please note! Due to the blue cookie soft serve mix, this WILL dye your tongue BLUE! But don't worry, we already knew you were a Cookie Monster! | Smoothie Sour 5%

Our pizzas are baked in our Italian Dome Oven at extremely high heat creating a slightly crispy, chewy and a bit charred pizza crust. Gluten free crust available upon request. Most of our menu can be vegan or dairy-free by omitting cheese and/or meat. We do not use peanut oil for frying, but we do prepare foods on surfaces that have come in contact with nuts.
*Vegan-ize any pizza with Daiya shredded vegan mozzarella!
